We are looking for a Specialist Project Planning & Scheduling (m/f/d) to join our team in Renningen as soon as possible. You think not in terms of orders or complaints, but in terms of long-term customer relationships. You enjoy guiding projects from order placement through to well beyond delivery, acting as a central interface between customers, sales, and internal departments. You quickly grasp technical concepts, organize systematically, and maintain a clear overview even with complex requirements. You work in a solution-oriented manner, communicate confidently with customers and colleagues, and ensure that successful projects lead to long-term partnerships. As a Specialist in Project Planning & Scheduling, you support our customers throughout the entire product and project lifecycle. You take responsibility for technical order processing, coordinate change and clarification processes, and serve as the point of contact for service, complaint, and modernization issues after project completion.

## Explore your tasks and responsibilities

- Responsibility for technical and commercial order processing, including coordinating customer requirements, quotations, and internal processes
- Project coordination as the interface between customers, sales, engineering, design, purchasing, production, and project management
- Management of deadlines, milestones, change requests, and ensuring complete project documentation
- Support during customer acceptance testing, technical approvals, and the continuous optimization of workflows and processes
- Responsibility for after-sales management, including handling complaints, warranty claims, and service issues
- Handling customer inquiries and creating and following up on quotations for spare parts, repairs, and services

## Show your expertise

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Technical Order Management, Projektmanagement, Service, Vertrieb oder After Sales von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis für erklärungsbedürftige Produkte und Anlagen
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP- und CRM-Systemen
