Workday EPM- Reporting with Prism- Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting with Prism

- Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
- Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs
- Use Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client’s Workday journey.
- Engage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact
- Responsible for key deliverables and engage with Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore teams to do successful delivery.
- Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.

Must-Have Certifications

• HCM Core/ Integrations/ Fin Core

• Composite Reporting & Prism Analytics

Experience & Background

- Qualification should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA.
- 4-7 years of experience in IT
- Professional Experience of at least 5+ in implementing or supporting Workday.
- Experience in participating in Plan and Architect phase of the implementation in at least 2 engagements
- 2+ years’ experience with HRIS applications and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer

Required Skills/Experience:

- Lead and execute full report development life cycle, requirement gathering , design, build , test and deploy
- Functional Knowledge of Workday Modules in HR ( Core HR , Absence , Compensation , Recruitment , Payroll , Talent etc) or in Fin (Accounting , Projects , Procurement , Inventory etc).
- Mentor Team Members on Workday Reporting.
- Serve as a Workday Reporting domain and Prism expert and provide guidance and consultation to Stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Workday Security and Migration tools
- Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with team members and leadership

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- HCM / Finance Functional module knowledge
- Good to have BIRT knowledge.
- Good to have Prism or Adaptive Insights Knowledge
