- To own YBL Values.
- Develop and optimize downstream processing protocols for goat and rabbit polyclonal antibodies.
- Perform and optimize antibody purification from serum/plasma to achieve desired antibody purity, yield, concentration, and functional activity.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot immunoturbidimetric assays using purified antibodies.
- Evaluate antibody performance, specificity, sensitivity, stability, and lot-to-lot consistency.
- Conduct laboratory experiments for R&D and process development and independently interpret experimental results.
- Identify process and assay-related challenges and develop appropriate troubleshooting strategies.
- Support development of new antibody-based diagnostic reagents and improvement of existing products.
- Prepare experimental protocols, reports, technical documents, and maintain complete R&D records.
- Support scale-up and technology transfer of optimized processes to Production.
- Collaborate with Production, QC, QA, and other R&D teams during product development and troubleshooting.
- Follow applicable SOPs, GLP/GMP requirements, biosafety practices, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
