About this role

Low-code a way for a bank to move fast without cutting corners. Our team makes that possible. Join us in the Power Platform team, where we work with platform adoption, governance and support, to make sure good ideas don’t end up gathering dust on a shelf or take a year to reach production.
SEB is more than just a bank with an IT function. We are a progressive tech company powered by innovation and fuelled by collaboration. From COBOL to AI and everything in between, we offer you an impressive tech stack and several technology paths. Together we're innovating for a sustainable society and building the tech arena of the future, a welcoming space for everyone. Are you ready to take on a new challenge? If so, you'll be interested in this opportunity!
About the role: As a Power Platform developer in our Center of Excellence, you join a team that owns the platform end to end. We handle administration and governance on the platform, and we work with business units across the bank to help them build apps, automations and AI agents that support our transformation journey.
This is a developer role, but expect to spend a lot of time alongside other teams rather than in your own backlog. You will help projects and initiatives to succeed by providing support, guidance and training. Some weeks that might mean co-building, other weeks it could mean workshops, and sometimes it’s an honest conversation about why something shouldn’t be built the way it’s been drawn up.

In this role you will:
Run enablement in practice: workshops, templates, reusable patterns, development standards, and the maker community around them

Do you want to be part of SEB?
It is our fundamental belief that inclusion and diversity is crucial for our future success. We strive to have an inclusive, value-driven culture where employees feel valued, respected, and involved irrespective of who they are, what they believe or where they come from.

Please be aware that our final candidates undergo background checks, a process that includes for example identity control, verification of qualifications, credit checks, company engagements and history of crime. In some cases, we also apply random drug checks.
During employment, employees within SEB can also expect to undergo recurring background checks.
