Key Duties
- Understand business needs and provide expert advice, services and solutions on Payroll, HR data, systems and processes.
- Provide expert consultation in payroll and HR data practices by staying abreast of current and emerging market insights and legal legislations in local countries.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.
- Ensure payroll and statutory reporting and payments are processed with high accuracy and timeliness according to our SLAs and local legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality and data integrity for Payroll and HR data maintenance processes.
- Manage full payroll portfolio (either in-house or via vendors) accurately, timely and in compliance with statutory requirements, business policies and company guidelines. Responsible for payroll issues resolutions, data analysis, payroll accounting activities, payroll taxation and legislation administration.
- Provides solutions to manage time and attendance processes for office and production workers, including the maintenance of time system configurations, time settings such as public holiday calendar maintenance, work schedules arrangements, time calculation rules etc.
- Provide actual payroll and compensation data based on SAPHR to the Compensation & Benefits and Mobility teams in support of the salary review management. Develop expertise in International labor and social standards and support relevant internal/external audit analysis (for example: Corporate Audits, external audits, FRC processes)
- Responsible for vendor management for Payroll, which includes service provider scouting, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
- Accountable to ensure finance processes with relevance to payroll is followed through with high accuracy and timeliness.
What you need to succeed
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR systems within a Shared Services environment
- With minimum 3 years of related HR working experiences in Payroll and HR Operations
- Experience in relevant payroll procedures, practices and country statutory
