About this role

From imagination to automation.

Join a select cohort of graduates helping shape the next generation of intelligent robots through Applied AI, Robot Learning, Foundation Models and Embodied AI. At KUKA, your work doesn't remain a research paper or a simulation. You will develop AI technologies that interact with the physical world, power real robots and help create the future of industrial automation.

Create what comes next

Artificial Intelligence is transforming how robots perceive, reason and act. At KUKA, we are combining decades of robotics expertise with the latest advances in Machine Learning, Vision-Language Models, Robot Learning and Physical AI. As part of our AI Graduate Program, you will work alongside leading robotics and AI experts on technologies that bridge the gap between digital intelligence and physical execution. From simulation to deployment, from data to robot motion, from foundation models to autonomous systems, your ideas become real automation running in factories, warehouses and other customer environments around the world.

What Makes This Program Different?

Work on AI that leaves the screen

Many organizations build AI software. At KUKA, you will help build AI-powered systems that see, reason, act and interact with the physical world. You will contribute to technologies such as:

- Robot Learning

- Vision-Language-Action Models

- Foundation Models for Robotics
