About this role

The City and County of Swansea is seeking a professional and committed Customer Service Attendant to join the Front of House team at the prestigious Grand Theatre and Brangwyn Hall. Working under the guidance of Front of House Duty Managers, you will provide high‑quality customer assistance, ushering, security, and safety support while handling cash and banking processes. This relief term contract requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as demand dictates. Full training will be provided to ensure you meet the venue’s high standards of service and safety.

This is a relief zero hour contract.

The salary for the position is Grade 3, £26,016 per annum pro rata, £13.48 per hour for hours worked.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
