About this role
As an Early Help Lead Worker, you will work directly with families, completing whole ‑ family assessments and delivering tailored interventions that build resilience, reduce risk, and help prevent needs escalating to statutory services. You will be empowered to use a strengths ‑ based approach, focusing on what matters most to each family and turning plans into positive, measurable change.
You will be a trusted, consistent point of contact for families, coordinating support and working closely with schools, health colleagues, community organisations, and a wide range of professional partners to achieve shared outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role where your relationships and influence will help services join up around the family.
You will be part of a diverse and supportive hub team, working with vulnerable and at ‑ risk families in line with practice models such as Signs of Wellbeing and the Team Around the Family approach.
