We're a banking/fintech-focused company building smart, modern digital products, and we love experimenting with new ideas, technologies, and approaches. We already have several GenAI-powered projects up and running, and we're just getting started.

This isn't a specific open role right now, it's an invitation. If you're a Product Owner who has hands-on experience shaping customer-facing digital products, enjoys owning the roadmap and backlog end to end, and combines a strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills, we'd love to know you. Here's roughly what you can expect if you join us:

- Researching, analysing and proposing business requirements and development needs, shaping the product concept, roadmap, and contributing to the broader digital strategy

- Actively contributing to the specification, assessment and commenting of user requirements for a customer-facing digital product

- Prioritising product requirements and validating development needs

- Supporting your teammates' growth through regular evaluation and development

- Managing relationships with business partners inside and outside the department

- Maintaining, prioritising and updating backlog items

- Proactively contributing to the further development of already implemented functionalities, helping to elevate an established product to the next level

What we're looking for:

- Experience with complex domains, multi-vendor setups and integrating several systems at once

- At least 2-3 years of Product Owner experience, preferably at a reputable digital development provider, a banking/insurance corporate or other digitally advanced multinational or scale-up

- Hands-on experience with consumer-facing mobile applications is a strong advantage

- No problem making independent decisions, and a strategic mindset

- Results-oriented, structured approach with good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. PSD2, AML, WCAG, MNB requirements) is a strong plus

- Proficiency in Hungarian, as this is the language of our internal communication, and at least intermediate English for our international clients

- Bachelor's degree
