Join us as a Finance Controller!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growingorganisation. In this role, you will manage the company’s day-to-day financial operation, coordinate the accounting teamand support the leadership in the strategic decisions. Your work will contribute directly to the management. You will report to the CFO.
Your future tasks:
- Helping to formalize and structure the internal financial controlling processes of the company
- Overseeing and managing the company financial situation in day-to-day operations
- Directly coordinate the accounting team
- Overseeing the company’s cashflow
- Supporting the CFO in yearly financial audits and business planning
- Client billing and debtor management liaising with sales teams to confirm invoicing details and contracts
- Managing debtor/creditor processes across the company, ensuring clients pay on time and we pay suppliers on time
- Bank reconciliations and tracking bank payments across multiple currencies
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analyses for management
- Supporting the legal team
What we expect from You:
- Completed studies in Finance/Business with finance specialization, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- At least a minimal experience in IT industry and mid-sized companies
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (IP activation, accruals etc.)
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong Excel skills
- Advanced use of AI
- Fluency in Hungarian and English
