About this role

Your main responsibilities:

The Junior Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting operational processes in the areas of logistics and complaints for 1P and 1F businesses. The primary objective of the role is to ensure high-quality handling of complaint requests and to verify the accuracy of product shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling CX Inquiries: Responding in a timely manner to inquiries from the Customer Experience (CX) team regarding the status and validity of complaints for products from our own distribution (1P) and fulfillment (1F).
- Product Verification: Physically inspecting goods in the warehouse, including taking photographs, verifying dimensions, and ensuring the product matches the offer description.
- Shipment Management: Identifying damaged packages at the warehouse stage and proactively contacting shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues.
- Surveillance analysis: Verifying the accuracy of receiving and shipping processes by analyzing video surveillance systems (e.g., HikeVision).
- Cross-team collaboration: Maintaining constant contact with internal and external clients to resolve errors in shipments and product reservations.
