What Youll Do
- Supervise and support residential staff within the home
- Ensure high-quality care and safety for all residents
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff coordination
- Oversee upkeep of the facility
- Monitor documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Support residents with daily living activities as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, leadership, Service Coordination and families etc
- Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to staff
- Finance Reconciliation and Budgeting
Training & Support
- We provide CPR / First Aid certification
- We provide MANDT Training
- Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors and leadership
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; degree in human services preferred
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (autism preferred)
- Strong leadership, organization, communication skills , strong work ethics
- Knowledge of Autism and Behavioral Interventions preferred
- Creative thinking
