Axyde Analytics, LLC | Arlington, Virginia | Contingent on award

Provide surge compliance and quality review of technology-transfer agreements, including foreign-partner agreements and those exceeding $1 million in non-federal funding in a fiscal year.

Axyde is assembling a team for DoW/DoN Technology Transfer Program Management Support (N0001426RFI7005). Employment or consulting engagement is contingent on contract award, funding and final terms. The government plans award around April 30, 2027 or sooner. This is not an immediate funded opening.

Responsibilities

- Review SOWs, CUI/security controls, intellectual property and data rights, fields of use, metrics and reporting obligations.

- Maintain agreement entries, review logs, follow-up actions and escalation records.

- Support the strict 30-day PMO review window and 99% CUI/IP issue-identification standard.

- Provide ORTA technical agreement assistance and coordinate findings with government counsel.

- Maintain handoff records and coordinate with a qualified backup reviewer for continuity.

Required background

- BS or BA from an accredited university with paralegal/legal studies in or related to intellectual property, as stated in the draft PWS.

- Background as an intellectual-property paralegal, patent agent or non-practicing IP attorney.

- General T2 experience/credentials and demonstrated careful agreement review.

Preferred experience

Previous T2 assignments; recent defense T2 experience within the last five years; foreign-partner agreements, CUI, data-rights analysis and deadline-driven federal reviews.

Work arrangement

The draft PWS budgets one surge FTE and 1,920 annual hours; activation and utilization remain subject to government clarification. Arlington on-site support is required, with telework subject to government direction. Compensation and final schedule will be established before an offer. No DD 254 is required by the RFI; applicable government access and information-handling requirements still apply.
