Love animals, enjoy helping people, and know how to keep things moving when the phones are ringing and the lobby is busy? You might be exactly who we’re looking for!

Hartfield Animal Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team. As one of the first and last people our clients interact with, you’ll play an important role in making every visit feel welcoming, organized, and cared for.

Experience in a veterinary or customer service setting is preferred but not required. What matters most is that you’re a great communicator, enjoy working with people and pets, and are ready to jump in and support your teammates.

Why Our Veterinary Receptionists Love It Here

We’re a fun group that works hard to serve our large client base—and we genuinely enjoy working together. From hockey to football, Hallmark movies to Harry Potter, and makeup to “spooky season,” there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find someone here who shares your interests.

We believe work is better when people can be themselves, laugh together, ask for help when they need it, and know their teammates have their back. The occasional mid-day meme sharing doesn’t hurt either.
