About the role:

As a Corporate Tax specialist within the Real Assets Portfolio (RAP) team, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including private equity investors, multinational organisations, public sector bodies, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate complex tax matters across the deal lifecycle, providing both technical expertise and commercial insight.

Working closely with colleagues across Deals, Tax and the wider PwC network, you'll build strong client relationships, lead engagements and contribute to the growth of the practice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop sector expertise, expand your professional network and work on high-profile, complex projects with some of the most active investors in the market.

What your days will look like:

- Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted adviser on complex UK corporate tax matters and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leading multidisciplinary client teams, coordinating tax specialists and international colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities for additional work, supporting business development activities and contributing to proposals and pitches.
- Coaching, developing and supporting junior team members, providing regular feedback and helping to build a strong team culture.
- Overseeing the financial management of client engagements, including budgeting, monitoring profitability and ensuring timely billing.
- Keeping up to date with tax legislation and market developments while contributing to technical training, thought leadership and the adoption of new technologies within the team.

This role is for you if:

- Must possess a ACA/CTA Qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- You enjoy building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their go-to adviser on complex tax matters.
- You are commercially minded and enjoy identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and win new business.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across multidisciplinary teams and coordinating input from specialists to deliver the best outcomes.
- You are passionate about developing others through coaching, mentoring and sharing your technical expertise.
- You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys managing multiple projects, leading teams and delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
