4-Hour Short Shifts | Every Tuesday & Friday
Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced Per Diem HHAs to support our valued clients throughout Suffolk County , including Deer Park and surrounding areas.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within 1 year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunizations within 10 years
