About this role
Universal banker with special emphasis on deposit operations. Major duties include:
- Process all new and existing account transactions
- Cash checks with assigned limits
- Accept deposits, withdrawals, and verify signatures
- Assist customers in their selection of various accounts and financial services
- Open, maintain, and close all account types
- Build customer relationships
- Promote the company’s services, answer customer questions, and direct customers to appropriate departments
- Maintain current working knowledge of CSB handbook, policies, and procedures
- Perform branch clerical duties
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling/customer service experience
- Financial institution experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment
- Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers
- Able to move up to 25 pounds and to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
- Able to maintain a consistent attendance record in a flexible Monday through Friday schedule
