Process Engineer

About the role

As a Process Engineer, you will play an important role in improving how our operations run every day. Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Facilities, IT, Quality, and Management, you will help identify opportunities to make processes safer, more efficient, and more effective. Your work will contribute directly to operational performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

You will join a collaborative Business Support team where learning, innovation, and improvement are highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing processes, solving operational challenges, and turning ideas into practical improvements that create measurable impact.

How you will contribute

- Identify and support process improvement opportunities that enhance operational performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Participate in operational meetings and conduct regular process observations to understand challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Analyze operational data, develop reports, and maintain tools that support workforce planning and performance monitoring.
- Investigate production or operational issues and help implement preventive and corrective actions that reduce disruptions and improve outcomes.
- Support engineering and continuous improvement projects through planning, analysis, and implementation activities.
- Apply Lean methodologies and improvement techniques to reduce waste and improve process effectiveness.
- Prepare studies, recommendations, and business cases that support operational and commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to Lean and 5S training initiatives, helping colleagues build capability and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will bring

- Knowledge of logistics, engineering, Lean, continuous improvement, project management, or a related field gained through education, work experience, or other practical exposure.
- Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and translate findings into practical recommendations and improvements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take ownership of projects and improvement opportunities.
- Familiarity with Lean tools, process improvement methodologies, project management tools, or data analysis software is beneficial but not essential.
