About this role
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare management reports, analyses, and ad hoc evaluations in close cooperation with the relevant business departments as part of the monthly reporting process on global business performance
- Continuously review, update, and improve reporting processes
- Conduct analyses based on the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement in accordance with IFRS, and address a wide range of business and financial topics
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including coordination with global business functions
- Actively participate in group-wide projects aimed at optimizing finance processes, systems, and reporting structures
- Support ongoing optimization and digitalization initiatives within the global finance function
- Collaborate with external stakeholders
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in controlling/financial controlling
- Strong analytical skills and a broad understanding of business and financial matters
- Strategic mindset combined with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive approach and strong commitment to implementing tasks and projects
- Strong affinity for IT and confident use of ERP systems, BI tools, and LucaNet
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English language skills
