About this role
The project:
This is an opportunity to work on a prestigious residential community with a shopping in the heart of Dubai. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Determine and arrange project management, technical services and external resources to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, communicating strategies clearly and effectively.
- Champion Mace’s Safety First values, embedding visible behaviours and the HSW framework across all activities.
- Lead Contractors and stakeholder management, ensuring briefs, deliverables, claims and variations are effectively completed.
- Manage programme delivery from inception to completion, overseeing milestones, risks, budgets and quality standards.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
- Proven experience delivering projects and programmes in residential.
- Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management expertise with leadership of diverse teams.
