Position: Temporary Returns Clerk
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Duration: Temporary (4 to 6 weeks)
Location: Cincinnati, 45237
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Returns Clerk to join our warehouse team for a 4-to-6-week assignment.This is a fast-paced, highly physical, and repetitive position that requires both stamina and strong tech skills to navigate our inventory management software.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Sort Returns: Unbox, inspect, and organize incoming customer returns according to company guidelines.
System Data Entry: Accurately log returned merchandise into the inventory system using handheld scanners and warehouse software.
Restocking: Move processed items back to their appropriate warehouse shelf or bin locations.
Quality Check: Assess returned items for damage, usage, or missing parts, and categorize them accordingly.
Maintain Order: Keep the returns staging area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technological Aptitude: Comfortable navigating warehouse management systems, handheld inventory scanners, and basic software applications quickly.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift packages continuously
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision during repetitive, high-volume tasks to ensure accurate inventory records.
