WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a hands-on sales role where you'll work directly with homeowners, build relationships, identify roofing needs, and guide customers through the next steps. You'll be expected to take initiative and create opportunities—not wait for them to come to you. Your responsibilities will include:

- Starting conversations with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Identifying potential storm- or age-related roofing damage
- Scheduling and attending roof inspections
- Building relationships and earning homeowners' trust
- Educating customers on the roofing and restoration process
- Helping homeowners understand timelines and insurance-related processes
- Following up with customers and managing opportunities through the sales process
- Participating in weekly sales training, coaching, and performance meetings
- Working toward individual and team goals

YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

At Premier, your income isn't limited by a salary band. Our compensation structure rewards production, and your earning potential grows as you develop your skills and consistently deliver results. Career Progression:
- Sales Representative: $6,000–$12,000/month
- Senior Producer: $9,000–$18,000/month
- Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
- Regional Leader: $350,000+ annually
Top-performing team members have the opportunity to exceed these earning ranges. Commission is uncapped, and actual earnings vary based on individual performance and other factors.
