WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing needs, build relationships, and guide customers through the restoration process. This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to come to you. You'll be expected to take initiative, build relationships, and create opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners and building strong customer relationships
- Identifying potential storm- or age-related roofing issues
- Conducting or assisting with roof inspections
- Educating homeowners on the restoration and replacement process
- Following up with customers and managing opportunities through the sales process
- Developing business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities
- Participating in regular training, coaching, and performance meetings
- Working toward individual and team goals

EARN BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE

At Premier, we believe your earning potential should grow with your ability to produce results. Our career path provides opportunities to increase both your responsibility and your earning potential:
- Sales Representatives: $6,000-$12,000 per month
- Senior Producers: $9,000-$18,000 per month
- Sales Managers: $250,000+ annually
- Regional Leaders: $350,000+ annually
Top-performing team members have the opportunity to exceed these earning ranges. Commission is uncapped, and actual earnings vary based on individual performance and other factors.
