We're seeking an experienced Accountant II to join a growing finance team in a highly visible role that combines payroll ownership, accounting responsibilities, and accounts payable support. Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle payroll processing through ADP
- Balance payroll accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
- Partner with HR regarding timecards, leave, garnishments, and employee changes
- Support month-end close, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and GL reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for management
- Process invoices and vendor payments while supporting AP operations
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Assist with cost tracking, account analysis, and process improvements
- Support ERP optimization and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of accounting experience
- Hands-on ADP payroll experience
- Experience processing payroll for a large employee population of around 200 employees
- Month-end close experience
- General ledger reconciliations, accruals, and prepaids
- Accounts payable experience, including three-way matching and purchase orders
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Experience working within an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

- Multi-state payroll experience (WA and OR)
- Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP experience
- Inventory-related accounting or cost-tracking exposure
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP experience
- Leadership potential and interest in career growth

This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
