About this role
This role is hands-on and requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the roofing trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist service technicians with roof repairs, maintenance, and inspections
- Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
- Clean and prepare roof surfaces before and after repairs
- Help identify roof leaks and problem areas
- Set up ladders, safety equipment, and job site protection
- Remove debris and ensure job sites are clean and safe
- Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if qualified)
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous construction or roofing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
- Valid drivers license (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, shingles, etc.)

Work Environment:
- Outdoor job sites, often on rooftops
