Gamble Sands , located in Brewster, WA , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Front Desk Agent ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$17.50 - 18.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately posts all charges to guests bills.
- Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
- Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
- Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
- Answers guest questions and provides directions.
- Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts.
- Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork.
- Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
- Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
- Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of lodging system application.
