PRIMARY FUNCTION
Property Lead plans, organizes, and monitors the storage of materials from suppliers and production shops to ensure smooth and consistent operations so materials are located and distributed to the appropriate departments in timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•    Adhere to Security and Safety policies
•    Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains and within the storage facilities. 
•    Performs the following:
o    Task team in accordance with property, quality, and regulatory requirements
o    Various daily housekeeping tasks, responsible for maintaining work and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion
o    Other various administrative duties as needed, assigned and/or required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
o    Coordinate with contractors to ensure GFE/GFM is received timely and labeled properly with the appropriate abbreviations.
o    Approves shipments or transfers with special requirements (i.e. hazmat, international, or contractual requirements)
o    Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies maintenance personnel of required repairs.

o    Interface with Project Leads on BOM’s, ensuring inventory accuracies to ensure deliverable deadlines are met. 
o    Stock Hazmat cabinet with materials. Issue hazmat items as they are required.
o    Delivery order close outs and transfers.
o    Stock inbound material/assets when they are delivered. Pull items from stocked area and locate safe and reasonable storage location or issue items to production. 
o    Load, unload, pull, pack, deliver, and stage inventory to and from production floor and order picking. 
o    Sets priority for team workloads
o    Interface with team members and management to define schedules, answer corrective actions, and monitor processes

•    Ensures the following: 
o    Compliance of inventory functions from time of receipt until time of disposition/shipment. Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space, can be found easily and are compliant with all safety policies and procedures.
o    Control and accuracy of material and records using both manual and electronic inventory control systems. 
o    Review and monitor current procedures. Recommend improvements in processes and procedures to increase efficiencies when improvement opportunities are identified. Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, order summaries, and other records to determine priorities, work assignments and the most efficient means of material handling.
o    Monitor teamwork load to ensure employees are managing requests and meeting internal customer deliveries

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has direct reports to the extent of managing tasks and personnel. Lead will work with management to provide feedback for performance reviews and corrective actions, if necessary.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
•    Ability to enter data accurately into databases, follow processes, perform basic mathematical computations, and write routine reports and correspondence. 
•    Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista’s goals.
•    Ability to operate general office equipment such as fax, phone, scanner, printer, etc.
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•    Ability to detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems. 
•    Ability to multi-task and perform duties with minimal supervision. 
•    High degree of self-motivation, independent work skills, excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and trustworthy. 
•    Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.
•    Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. 
•    Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, specifically using Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek CostPoint, with an ability to learn additional skills and software programs. 
•    Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow up.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
•    High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 6 years of Material Control, Warehouse, Property, Manufacturing, or other related work experience.
•    At least 6 years of database entry experience.
•    Experience in Deltek Costpoint required.
•    Ability to deal with physical demands to include warehouse environment, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting inventory items up to and at times exceeding 50 pounds with appropriate safety requirements. 
•    Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, ability to apply logic with good follow through, and leadership skills.
•    Previous experience operating a forklift preferred.
•    Previous supervisory experience preferred.
•    Working knowledge of FAR and DFAR experience required. 
•    Leads involved in shipping/receiving are required to be hazmat certified (company to provide) and experience with ITAR shipments
•    Must be reliable and responsible with abilities to work independently and commitment to work weekends and any overtime as needed.  
•    Ability to pass a drug and background screening. 
•    Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
