About this role
Driven, organized, relational leader who can inspire and help people Find Freedom through small groups. This leader will be passionate about recruiting, pastoring and leading group coaches, group leaders, and groups while creating excellent environments and opportunities for spiritual growth and community. They will also lead the spiritual next step process inside of baptisms and salvations

Key Responsibilities:
Groups
- Displays a commitment to help people Know God and Find Freedom through Groups at 12Stone
- Oversee all groups under the direction of 12Stone Church Groups vision
- Build and maintain necessary systems and processes relating to the health and operation of the Groups ministry
- Coach and lead a growing number of groups, group leaders, and group coaches
- Consistently meet with and care for group leaders and coaches
- Attends groups regularly for the purpose of care and development
- Value alignment and teamwork alongside the Campus Services Spiritual Formation team and other 12Stone Campuses as it relates to Groups and Group Ministry strategy and planning
Parking and New Guest Team
- Oversee and lead the Parking and New Guest Teams, ensuring both teams provide a warm, welcoming, and organized experience.
- Recruit, train, equip, and care for volunteers while building a strong culture of hospitality and service. Available for campus-wide projects
- Coordinate team schedules, huddles, communication, and Sunday execution to ensure every detail runs smoothly.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop leaders who can confidently serve, lead, and care for guests.
Campus Responsibilities
- Provide pastoral ownership and engagement for Sunday services
- Provides pastoral presence at campus events, in the lobby, at funerals, weddings, hospital visits, community events and regular pastoral care needs , including pastor-on-call
- Available for campus-wide projects
Spiritual Criteria
- Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
- Commitment to personal spiritual growth
- Models standards and expectations of leaders within 12Stone Church
- Must attend 12Stone Church
Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred and 3+ years of experience in ministry.
- A leader of teams with a strong interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
- Must possess a developed Christian maturity and model Christian character at work, home, and social life.
