##### Your Impact
Drive the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of mining technology solutions that support safe and productive operations. You will lead a team responsible for maintaining critical in-cabin technologies, communications infrastructure, and IT/OT systems while ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional customer support.
##### As Part of the Team

- Lead and support the maintenance of fleet management, fatigue monitoring, collision detection, and other mining technology solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IT/OT and communications systems, including WiFi, Private LTE, leaky feeder, and digital radio networks.
- Coordinate technology projects that align with operational priorities and business objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Partner with operations, maintenance, site leadership, vendors, and contractors to deliver reliable technology services.
- Drive continuous improvement through preventative maintenance programs, issue resolution, and user support.

##### Prerequisites

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting and maintaining technology solutions in industrial, mining, or operational environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.Experience managing vendors, contractors, and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

##### Work Environment

- Site-based role supporting mining operations and technology infrastructure.
- Collaborative environment working across operations, maintenance, safety, leadership, and technology teams.
- Regular interaction with external vendors, service providers, and contractors to support site technology requirements.

The expected salary range for this role is CAD $105,800.00 - $141,100 + 15% STIP. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
