Oasis Solutions is hiring a Senior NetSuite Consultant to lead functional ERP implementations and help clients improve the way their businesses operate. This role is for an experienced NetSuite consultant who can own projects or major workstreams from discovery through go-live, configure solutions, manage stakeholders, and guide junior consultants. Direct NetSuite implementation experience is required.

What you will do

Lead full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations or major functional workstreams from discovery and process mapping through configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.

Own project planning, status communication, risks, issues, decisions, and functional deliverables in partnership with clients and internal resources.

Configure NetSuite to support client requirements across core financials and relevant manufacturing or distribution processes.

Analyze current-state processes and recommend practical future-state workflows that improve visibility, control, and efficiency.

Translate business requirements into functional designs and coordinate effectively with technical consultants or developers when customization is needed.

Manage multiple client engagements while protecting scope, quality, timelines, and client expectations.

Train client teams and provide clear documentation for configuration, processes, testing, and handoff.

Delegate work appropriately and coach Consultant and Associate Consultant team members.

Support managed-services and escalated client requests when needed.

What you bring

Hands-on NetSuite functional consulting experience; experience with another ERP alone will not qualify.

Experience contributing to multiple NetSuite implementations, with the ability to lead an implementation or major functional workstream independently.

Ideally 3-5 completed end-to-end NetSuite implementations.

Strong knowledge of core accounting and business processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations.

Experience with manufacturing and/or distribution functionality, such as order management, purchasing, inventory, work orders, assemblies, WIP, or routing.

Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, project priorities, documentation, and cross-functional communication.

Ability to work remotely and travel up to 25%, typically within Eastern and Central U.S. time zones, including flights and overnight stays.

Preferred experience

Experience in a NetSuite partner, consulting, or professional-services environment.

Depth in a specific NetSuite module, business process, or industry vertical.

Experience mentoring junior functional consultants or coordinating a project team.

How this role works

This is a fully remote role. Candidates in Eastern or Central time zones are preferred because most clients are located in those regions.

The role reports to a Management Consultant or Principal Consultant.

Oasis uses role-specific utilization expectations, which will be explained during the interview process.

Compensation and benefits

Benefits eligibility begins on the first day of the month following or coinciding with the date of hire for eligible full-time employees.

Discretionary paid time off, subject to supervisor approval and the company's core purpose and values.

$1,250 employee travel benefit after six months of employment, available once per calendar year.

Gross profit share bonus eligibility after one year of employment, subject to plan terms and company performance.
