About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join an early-stage engineering team building the next generation of the company's financial technology platform.
You’ll work closely with the CTO and engineering team to build new product features, evolve frontend architecture, and help shape the company's design system and engineering practices.
This is a strong opportunity for a product-minded frontend engineer who enjoys ownership, solving complex problems, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Do
• Build and evolve frontend architecture and design systems.
• Develop user-friendly dashboards and portals using React and TypeScript.
• Own frontend features from ideation and technical design through implementation and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business teams to define solutions and improve user experience.
• Propose and implement improvements to frontend tooling and development workflows.
• Work closely with the CTO and engineering team to influence technical direction.
• Build reliable interfaces for financial workflows and applications handling sensitive data.
• Contribute to a fast-moving, early-stage environment where engineers have meaningful ownership.
What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience, with flexibility for strong candidates.
• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript .
• Experience building frontend applications for a product-focused company.
• Experience with frontend architecture, reusable components, or design systems.
• Demonstrated ownership of features from concept through delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including with non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with evolving requirements.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Storybook or component libraries.
• Experience in fintech, payments, healthcare technology, or other products handling sensitive data.
• Experience building dashboards, portals, or complex business workflows.
• Previous early-stage startup experience.
• Familiarity with modern frontend testing and development tooling.
