PrideStaff is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packers to join our team in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Bilingual language proficiency in Spanish and English (or native Spanish speaking capability) is required for this role to effectively communicate with shift leads, team members, and supervisors across our diverse floor operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Locate items throughout the facility using RF scanners, pick tickets, or voice-picking systems; ensure accurate item counts and SKU matches.
Order Packing: Inspect picked merchandise for damage or defects, securely pack items into appropriate boxes or mailers, and affix shipping labels.
Inventory Control: Report low inventory, damaged goods, or mislabeled bins to warehouse supervisors immediately.
Quality Assurance: Verify all products match customer packing slips before sealing shipments.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep work channels, packing stations, and aisles clean, organized, and free of safety hazards; adhere strictly to PrideStaff warehouse safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in Spanish and/or English to maintain efficient workflow across shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Language Requirement: Must be bilingual (Spanish / English) or proficient in Spanish to communicate effectively on the warehouse floor.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
