Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Design Support: Work closely with technical leaders to support ongoing reference design projects
- Development: Assist with board development, testing, and validation activities
- Analysis: Support simulations, data analysis, prototyping, testing, and product characterization efforts
- Debugging: Provide on-site customer support and technical debugging assistance as needed
- AI Enablement: Utilize AI tools to create documentation, consolidate technical content, and streamline engineering processes
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables
- Demonstrations: Participate in and support product demonstrations at industry events and technical conferences
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to execute project objectives and drive technical solutions

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Power Electronics: Strong academic background in power electronics, power systems, or power conversion technologies
- Research: Prior internship, research, or thesis experience focused on high‑voltage (HV) DC‑DC converter design, development, or validation is preferred
- Power Conversion: Knowledge of power conversion topologies, control methods, and system architectures is highly desirable
- Analysis: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate and optimize power electronic systems
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to apply engineering principles to the design, testing, and characterization of power electronics solutions
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams
- Learning Agility: Self‑motivated with a passion for learning and advancing expertise in power electronics and energy conversion technologies

Salary pay information:
Location Indicative salary range El Segundo, United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$ 21.00/ hour  – US$ 35.50 / hour Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
