About this role

General Description

Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the comprehensive execution of the production plan through the leadership of Production Supervisors and the effective management of human resources, materials, equipment, and installed capacity.

Ensures the achievement of established Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity objectives by anticipating deviations, establishing recovery plans, and coordinating with support areas to implement the necessary actions that guarantee operational continuity.

Responsible for promoting a culture of safety, operational discipline, compliance, employee development, and continuous improvement, fostering the sustainable achievement of production results.

Experience and Education

- Professional Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Management (preferred).
