The Final Inspection Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving quality, accountability, and successful project execution across Final Inspection. This position leads contractor performance management by ensuring high-quality deliverables, overseeing contractor scope assignments and billing process, and providing Senior Leadership visibility through meaningful performance metrics and project status reporting. As a key partner to customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, the role accelerates project close out, resolves compliance concerns, and coordinates innovative solutions for complex inspection challenges, including Hard-to-Access Pole assessments as well group site visit inspections.

Responsibilities

- Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
- Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
- Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for use in project monitoring, ensuring accuracy and completeness in order to track project/program costs, resources, schedules, and status for management review.
- Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility or special requests, such as audits.
- Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered which can form the basis for decision making on organization priorities and needs.
- Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit. Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis.
- Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

- Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Five years of customer service experience Experience using Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Experience using SAP

- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis, investigate and resolve complex issues, draw insights from data, and present findings to key stakeholders.

- Advanced experience developing and editing complex reports, dashboards, and presentations, including generating custom and non-standard reports from business applications and databases.

- Proven ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to adapt to changing workloads, maintain attention to detail, and follow through on multiple projects with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated capability to collaborate across functions, integrate work across related areas, and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational productivity.

Additional Information

- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
