Do you love turning simple ingredients into unforgettable experiences? From perfectly baked pastries to beautifully crafted desserts, we're looking for a passionate Commis I - Pastry to join our culinary team and help create sweet moments for our guests every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, and bakery items to the highest standards.
Assist in daily mise en place and pastry production.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Support the Pastry Chef and senior team members in kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels and assist with proper storage of ingredients.
Contribute fresh ideas and creativity to the pastry kitchen.

What We're Looking For

Culinary Degree or 3-year Culinary Certification.
Culinary Diploma and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification.
At least 1 year of experience as a Commis I or Commis II within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort environment.
Basic computer skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for pastry arts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
