About this role
• Coordinate installation projects in assigned areas by creating synergies of people and solutions • Manages the area budget • Manages the relationship with the customer to understand satisfaction and resolve any critical issues • Identifies the most reliable suppliers who can best cooperate with Epta in the installation phase • Intervenes to handle disputes and works with teams to find the best solution • Monitors supplier contracts and ensures that SLAs are met
