Procurement & Sourcing Specialist, Thailand

LOCATION: Domnick, Yannawa, Thailand

CONTRACT TYPE: Full-time

About the role

To procure and source products and services that support customer requirements and the Integrated Supply & Solutions business in Thailand. This role is responsible for driving best-in-class procurement and sourcing practices, supplier performance management, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements while building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

- Source and procure products and services to support customer and operational requirements

- Provide hands-on support for critical requests, spot purchases, and emergency procurement needs

- Drive efficiency improvements across procurement and sourcing processes through available tools and systems

- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier management, performance reviews, and relationship development

- Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams

- Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships to support business objectives and service delivery

- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans to ensure sourcing success

- Support and lead customer bidding activities, category strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and supply base optimization projects

- Manage third-party compliance requirements and ensure adherence to company policies

- Collaborate with Sales, Market, and Services teams to develop profitable customer solutions

- Review procurement service levels and quality with internal stakeholders on a regular basis

- Create and maintain accurate product and supplier data within internal systems

- Lead, coach, and develop buyers and expeditors to enhance team performance

- Maintain and improve procurement policies, processes, and procedures

- Support continuous improvement initiatives and other business priorities assigned by management

About you

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

- Proven experience in procurement and sourcing within multinational or integrated supply organizations

- Experience managing multiple procurement activities across APAC markets

- Strong supplier relationship management and vendor performance management experience

- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to assess and communicate financial impact

- Sound knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiations

- Understanding of Thailand’s supplier landscape and external marketplace

- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strong presentation, coaching, and people leadership capabilities

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multicultural and international environment
