Job Overview Time Management Expert in SAP HCM Focused on handling and solving incidents from users and from HR Key Users   Furthermore understanding and consulting for requirements around time management as well as implementing according to requirements in time management of SAP HCM Especially implementing requirements and bug fixes in large complex and location specific schemes and rules that are legacy bound

  Working time models
o Creating new working time models
o Adjusting existing working time models
o Transfers in schemas and rules
  Work schedules

  Presence absence and quotas  including rules
o Analysis and consulting
o New installation new creation

Required Skills

3 to 5 years' experience in time management in SAP HCM with implementations under German law and German regulations
  Deep knowledge for Schemes and Rules in SAP HCM
  Knowledge for SAP HCM time management entities like working time models work schedules PTMW  time sheet   
  Ideally experience working in an ITIL oriented operation environment
