Job Overview

Expert Developer in SAP HCM Focused on handling and solving incidents from users and from HR Key Users  on a technical level like ABAP programming or supporting issues in interfaces. Furthermore  technical implementation of new requirements aside from pure configuration like e.g  ABAP programming

Role: SAP HCM Expert Developer

Experience: Specialist (3-6 Years)

Current Situation and Challenges
Capacity on expert level skillset for development in SAP HCM needed to support ongoing activities and operations

Key Responsibilities

Handling incidents from users and  HR Key users
  ABAP  classical and object oriented   Enhancement Framework
o Analysis and consulting
o Debugging  error handling
o Design and development with function modules  business add ins  business application programming interfaces  user exits
  Interfaces  IDoc File RFC REST full SOAP
o Analysis and consulting
o Monitoring  debugging  error handling
o Customization and editing
  Reports and transactions
o Analysis and consulting
o Debugging  error handling
o Customization and editing
o Design and new development
o Job monitoring and job management
  Object comparison within the scope of system patches  SPAU SPDD   including conflict analysis  rework  and regression test support
  Operate and support business with legacy LSMW
  Create new LSMW according to business requirements
  Support for requests  incidents and new requirements  for roles and authorizations in SAP HCM
  Incident handling and implementation of new requirements for forms in SAP HCM  HRFORMS  SAPSCRIPT  Smart Forms  Adobe Forms

Required Skills
  3 to 5 years experience in programming and development in SAP HCM
  Deep knowledge about ABAP programming
  Experience with interfaces in an widely integrated system landscape
  Ideally experience working in an ITIL oriented operation environment

Must have Skills
  ABAP  classical and object oriented   Enhancement Framework
  Interfaces  IDoc File RFC REST full SOAP
  Reports and transactions
  Object comparison within the scope of system patches  SPAU SPDD   including conflict analysis  rework  and regression test support
  Knowledge for LSMW in SAP HCM
