## Our Team, Your Impact
The Senior Professional, Global Meetings, Congresses & Events is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of global meetings and events. The role ensures cost-efficient and high-quality events aligned with Teva's Strategic Meetings Management Program (SMMP) and procurement strategy. The position acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and procurement functions, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution.
## How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Act as primary interface for business stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, HR, and Finance
- Translate business needs into structured event requirements and execution plans
- Provide clear communication, risk management and status updates
- Lead sourcing activities for venues and services aligned with preferred supplier strategies
- Support contract negotiations ensuring favorable commercial and compliance terms
- Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and transparency
- Track spend, savings, and reconciliation in line with finance requirements
- Ensure accurate coding and reporting of meeting spend
- Align with Global Procurement on category strategy, supplier frameworks and sourcing guidelines
- Ensure sourcing activities deliver contracted value and execution discipline
- Provide feedback into category strategy and supplier performance
- Ensure proper use of Cvent and other tools for registration, sourcing and reporting
- Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy
- Support adoption of digital tools across stakeholders
## Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required; additional certifications (e.g., CMP) are an advantage.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in meetings, events or travel management in a global organization. Preferably within pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
- Availability for business travel and flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work in complex global environments.
- Solid understanding of structured meeting processes.
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen.
- Knowledge of CVENT platform (must).
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms and attendee App's .
