## Our Team, Your Impact

The Manager, Global Meetings, Congresses & Events is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of global meetings and events. The role ensures delivery of compliant, cost-efficient and high-quality events aligned with Teva's Strategic Meetings Management Program (SMMP) and procurement strategy. The position acts as a key interface between business stakeholders, procurement, and compliance functions, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements.

## How You’ll Spend Your Day

- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of meetings, congresses, and events including intake, sourcing, execution, and reconciliation
- Ensure consistent application of SMMP processes and tools (e.g., Cvent)
- Deliver high-quality attendee experience while meeting cost, timeline, and operational targets
- Act as primary interface for business stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, HR, and Finance
- Translate business needs into structured event requirements and execution plans
- Provide clear communication, risk management and status updates
- Lead sourcing activities for venues and services aligned with preferred supplier strategies
- Support contract negotiations ensuring favorable commercial and compliance terms
- Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost control and transparency
- Track spend, savings, and reconciliation in line with finance requirements
- Ensure accurate coding and reporting of meeting spend
- Own compliance of all assigned meetings in line with pharma regulations, HCP guidelines and internal policies
- Lead preparation and execution of compliance-related meetings, audits and governance forums
- Ensure proper documentation, audit trails and reporting for all meetings
- Act as point of contact for Compliance, Legal and Audit stakeholders
- Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented and tracked
- Align with Global Procurement on category strategy, supplier frameworks and sourcing guidelines
- Ensure sourcing activities deliver contracted value and compliance
- Provide feedback into category strategy and supplier performance
- Ensure proper use of Cvent and other tools for registration, sourcing and reporting
- Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy
- Support adoption of digital tools across stakeholders

## Your Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree required; additional certifications (e.g., CMP) are an advantage
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in meetings, events or travel management in a global organization. Preferably within pharmaceutical or regulated environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work in complex global environments
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements for meetings
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen
- Knowledge of CVENT platform (must)
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms and attendee App's
- Availability for business travel and flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required
