We are seeking a high-energy, curious, and commercially driven individual to help drive our growth across automotive, industrial, marine, and next-gen EV fluid segments in Malaysia.

Key Accountabilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Execute sales strategies for lubricant additives across Malaysia, opening new accounts and expanding existing customer portfolios.
- Learn & Deliver Technical Solutions: Partner with R&D and global technical experts to help customers solve formulation challenges, conduct product trials, and host technical seminars.
- Build Key Relationships: Connect with decisionmakers at lubricant manufacturers, national oil companies, independent blenders, and regional distributors.
- Distributor Leadership: Empower distributor networks with product knowledge, joint customer visits, and commercial tools.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry shifts, regulatory developments, and emerging trends like EV fluids and bio-lubricants.
- Account & Pipeline Management: Manage sales forecasts, annual operating plans, pricing, and CRM updates to ensure sustainable pipeline growth.
Work Experience
- Industry Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in lubricant sales, technical service, formulation support, or blending operations (finished lubricants or additives).
- Base Knowledge: Practical understanding of lubricant fundamentals, greases, or base oils, combined with an eagerness to master additive chemistry.
- Education: Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related field.
- Growth Mindset: High adaptability, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel across Malaysia for customer and blender visits, with occasional travel within ASEAN for regional workshops and conferences.
