Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage daily cash collections, payments, and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process payments in a timely manner in accordance with the company’s payment policies and payment schedule.
- Maintain and update daily bank books, collect bank statements and payment slips promptly, and submit supporting documents to the AP Accountant for accounting entries.
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
- Handle monthly closing and reporting such as preparing accrual list, liquid forecast, and other reports upon management requirements. Ensureall deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of payment records and banking documents in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Other responsibility assigned by manager.
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related majors.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Team spirit, willing to learn and can work under pressure.
- Good at in English (Both oral and written)
