Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals within Product Development.
- Drive team performance, ensuring delivery of project objectives, quality standards, and business targets.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and support employee development.
- Establish and maintain effective team operating standards, processes, and best practices.
- Allocate resources and manage priorities to address operational and project challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product development activities and strategic initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Support problem-solving and decision-making activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience within semiconductor, product development, R&D, or related industries.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams, projects, or engineering organizations.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and coach engineering talent.
- Experience managing technical projects and resource planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
