Key Responsibilities

Corporate Secretarial Support

- Assist in preparing agendas, notices, board packs, and draft minutes of meetings.
- Support the team in organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Shareholders' Meetings.
- Assist in preparing statutory forms including DIR-12, AOC-4, MGT-7, KYC filings, DPT-3, and other routine submissions.
- Support maintenance of statutory registers and corporate records for client entities.
- Assist in preparing compliance checklists and compliance status trackers.

- Help maintain and archive client documents and records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Organize and update client folders, statutory registers, and compliance databases.
- Assist in maintaining executed originals and supporting documentation.

- Update master sheets, compliance trackers, dashboards, and internal systems on completion of tasks.
- Assist in maintaining records of annual compliances and statutory filings.
- Support preparation of open matters lists and follow-up trackers.

- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for obtaining compliance-related information and documents.
- Assist with courier management, notarization, stamp duty work, document submission, and other administrative activities.
- Support inter-team coordination on corporate secretarial assignments.

Key Requirements

* A Law Graduate or a bachelor's degree holder (BBA, BCom, B.A and BBM). * Good knowledge of corporate secretarial law and be familiar with companies Ordinance, rules and regulations of regulatory bodies. * Good Communication skills.
