Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Staff Safety Architect, you will drive the development of innovative chip and system
architectures that meet safety and customer standards. You will c oordinate with cross-functional teams (systems,
product definition, safety, analog design, verification) to resolve complex
issues.

- Define  chip and system architecture  to meet customer and safety requirements
- Build and use  system models  (Matlab, SystemC, Verilog-A) and run top-level simulations to validate concepts
- De-risk  innovations  via proof-of-concept/test chips and data-driven
evaluations
- Lead  requirements
definition , continuous refinement, and
end-to-end traceability and review PVSR and close gaps
- Conduct  architectural
explorations : feasibility studies,
safety analyses, and data analysis
- Develop  fault-handling
strategies  and degraded modes of
operation
- Produce and review  safety and compliance analyses and documentation  to meet regulatory and ISO 26262 expectations

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You
are a creative problem-solver with familiarity in Analog, Power
electronics and Physics of semiconductor devices.
Your excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills allow you to collaborate with multidisciplinary and cross-site
teams.

- Master's degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics
- 7+ years  of relevant experience in concept/architecture or analog IC design
- Strong background in embedded
hardware/software and full product development lifecycle
- Experience with behavioral modelling of Analog blocks
and mixed signal verification, and bench-level testing, wafer probing, and
silicon debug
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell commands and editors, HDL (System Verilog, VHDL), SPICE simulators (ELDO, Spectre, HSPICE)
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and
requirements such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100, and physical design and parasitic extraction
- Fluency  in
English
