Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Own the s olution
concept and technical evolution of scalable AI-enabled engineering solutions ,
including Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, knowledge systems, advanced
analytics, and intelligent automation
- Serve as the primary
technical advisor , translating customer and technical requirements into
solution concepts, architecture decisions, interfaces, data flows, and
implementation roadmaps
- Guide architecture
decisions and support Solution Owners and development teams  in integrating AI
capabilities into the existing technology landscape
- Define how AI
components interact with existing business logic, processes, tools, and human
decision points
- Establish reusable
architecture principles and integration patterns  while leveraging existing
platforms, services, and capabilities
- Stay up to date with
developments in LLM capabilities, AI system architectures, and implementation
patterns
- Drive solutions from
roadmap to productive operation in collaboration with Solution Leads, Business
Analysts, domain experts, developers, and de livery partners, including
responsibility for DevOps and the technical delivery setup
- Ensure sustainable
solution quality across scalability, maintainability, reliability, security,
and responsible AI, while communicating technical decisions and trade-offs
clearly

Are you passionate about applying Agentic
AI and advanced analytics to real-world business challenges in semiconductor
engineering?

We are looking for a Senior Applied AI
Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor and help our AI-enabled
solutions in semiconductor engineering to grow and scale. In this role, you
will develop technical concepts, connect them to business needs, and implement
scalable architectures across a diverse technology stack. You will work closely
with Business Analysts to understand customer needs and with development teams
to drive technical implementation. You will take end-to-end ownership of applied
AI solutions, used by multiple R&D teams across semiconductor engineering.

- Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering , or a related technical field, ideally combined with experience in product development, semiconductor engineering, or a comparable industrial environment
- 5+ years of professional
experience in software, AI, data, analytics engineering, technical product
ownership, or a related role, including at least 2 years in a hands-on
technical position
- Demonstrated end-to-end
ownership of at least one enterprise AI-enabled solution , such as RAG,
Generative AI, or agentic workflow automation, from initial idea through MVP to
productive use
- Hands-on experience with Python
and SQL , plus practical knowledge of common LLM frameworks and tools, machine
learning, or data science
- Solid understanding to design
scalable cloud-based architectures
- Experience in guiding  AI
solutions through the full lifecycle from concept to implementation and
operation
- General familiarity with modern
DevOps or DataOps practices
- Experience coordinating
business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical delivery partners in a
cross-functional environment
- Strong interest in applying AI
safely and responsibly to create measurable value for users and the business
- Fluent English ; German is a
plus.
