Core Accountabilities
- Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications; stay up to date with all manufacturers technical data as well as service bulletins. Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job.
- Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
- Properly document all repairs using both internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.
- Meet all production-based metrics as prescribed by Management.
- Responsibility to help in the shop for cleaning and trash a; long with cleaning floors trash and snow clean up in wintery months
Qualifications
Competencies and Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service orientated environment preferred
- Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
- Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
- Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
- Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
