We are currently seeking a parts department shipping / receiving clerk to join our team!

- TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE (M-F) OR (TUES-SAT)
Responsibilities
- Receive & send shipments, verify information against invoices, orders and other records
- Keep all bins, aisles and storage areas clean and clearly labeled
- Maintain receiving and shipping records, as well as returned parts records
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to use parts department computer system
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate a fork lift truck is a plus
- Must be have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen
- Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented
- Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be comfortable sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time
